Shipping:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another one when your order ships with your tracking information.

All orders of $40 and over ship free using the coupon code SHIPFREE40 at checkout.

All orders under $40 ship via USPS based on the weight of each item combined. Your shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are a team of humans and sometimes make mistakes in entering the weight on the website. Feel free to contact us if the shipping amount seems high and we will gladly look into it.

Returns:

All returns must be preapproved in order to be considered for a refund. Return requests are only available within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be unused, new condition, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages. When we receive your return we will inspect it and determine if it is eligible for a refund. You will receive an email either way. If you are given a refund please allow 24 hours for us to process your refund. We will send an email when we have refunded your money to your original payment method.

Sale items are not returnable. Custom products are not returnable. Gift certificates are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective:

If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include photographs of the damaged packaging as well as photographs of the damaged product. Without these photographs we can not initiate a claim with the carrier and will be unable to exchange your product. Please keep all damaged packaging and damaged items until we resolve your claim in case the carrier needs to inspect damage.

If you feel your purchase is defective please email us with photographs and a description of the defect. Keep in mind that every item is printed and hand pressed by a human. The nature of our items are handmade and therefore will have slight differences from item to item. Also keep in mind that computer monitors color can vary and what you see on your screen may not perfectly match the item you receive.
